After purchased the software, please download the full version of Windows Password Unlocker Professional by a link from your email box in a computer that you can run as administrator. The whole Windows password recovery process can be divided to 3 big steps:
Note: A blank CD/DVD and CD-ROM±RW drive or a USB flash drive are required.
1. Insert a blank CD/DVD or USB flash drive in the computer, and then launch this program.
2. Select target device and then click Burn CD/DVD or Burn USB button to create a password reset disk. Here takes USB flash drive for example.

3. Click Yes to confirm and continue your operation.

Note: Remember to backup your data on USB flash drive if the data on it is important for you.
4. Click OK when the burning task is completed.

If you have burned a bootable password reset disk with CD/DVD to help you reset lost Windows password, please read the instructions on how to make computer boot from CDROM.
If you have burned a bootable password reset disk with USB flash drive to reset lost Windows password, please follow these detailed steps to set BIOS to boot from USB drive.
1. Insert the bootable password reset USB into your USB drive and restart your locked computer
2. Start computer and press F2 or Delete to enter BIOS Setup during the initial startup screen.

3. Use the arrow keys to select the Boot tab, and then select Boot Device Priority and press Enter.

Note: If you cannot find USB drive after entering Boot Device Priority, you’ll need to enter Hard Disk Drives to adjust USB to Ist Drive at first.
4. Back to Boot Device Priority, and you’ll find the USB drive. Choose 1st boot device to USB, and then press F10 to save settings. And the computer will restart with the changed settings automatically.

After BIOS settings, the interface of Windows Password Unlocker Professional comes up. You’ll see the lists of all the Windows accounts with user name which show as "Protected" or "Blank".
Protected means that this account is password protected.
Blank means that this account is not password protected.
1. Select the user name of your target account, and then click Reset button.

2. Click Yes to confirm and continue your operation.

3. Click OK when the password is successfully reset.

4. Your password is blank now. You can click Reset to recover another user password or click reboot to restart your PC.

5. If you click Reboot, the following window comes up. Click Yes and remove the USB flash drive from your computer.

Now the computer restarts to Windows logon screen, you can select the password reset account and regain access without a password.
