After purchased the software, please download the full version of Windows Password Unlocker Enterprise by a link from your email box in a computer that you can run as administrator. The whole Windows password recovery process can be divided to 3 big steps:
Devices you need to prepare in advance:
1. A computer run as administrator
2. A USB flash drive or a blank CD/DVD along with CD-ROM±RW drive
1. Insert a blank CD/DVD or USB flash drive in the computer, and then launch this program.
Note: Since you obviously can't get into your computer right now because you don't know the password, this step will need to be completed on another computer that you can run as administrator. This other computer will need to have access to the Internet and the capability to burn CD/DVD and USB flash drive.
2. Select target device and click Burn CD/DVD or Burn USB button to create a password reset disk. Here takes CD/DVD for example.

3. Click OK when the burning task completes. Now you have successfully created a password reset disk.

Insert the created password reset CD/DVD or USB drive in the computer that you want to reset Windows password of, and then boot the computer from the password reset disk.
If you have burned password reset disk with CD/DVD, please refer to How to set PC BIOS to boot from CD/DVD?
